SAP Build - Error: retrieving prototype failed

Hello,

I was working in a prototype in SAP Build and it seems that it saved in an "inconsistent state" and now I can't open the prototype.

It says: "Error retrieving prototype failed".

Can anybody from SAP help looking what could've happened, and what could I do to get the prototype back?

Hi Christian,

I am a product manager on the BUILD team. Can you provide me with some additional information, so I can get the right person to help you resolve the issue?

Is the issue still happening? Were you able to access the prototype after refreshing your browser?

Do you know if your prototype was accessed by another user at the same time this error occured? Did you have multiple browser windows open with the same prototype?

Hi Christian,

The issue is still hapenning. Tried accessing in private mode and after refreshing the browser as well.

I'm the only one that has access to my user and to the project too.

And no, I had only one window opened with the prototype.
