SAP Lumira 2.0 Discovery - No Right Click for dimension settings available

hello,

we installed the new Lumira 2.0 in our environment.

Now, when i try to create story with the new discovery based on a BW Live Connection, i do not have the possibility to right click on a characteristic for further actions.

on a connection based on ms excel i have it.

is it a authorization issue on the plattform?

no sufficient effects. i still do not have the option on the dimension.

when i open a excel source i can add new calculated columns via right click. but not with a bw live connection. is it forbidden?

Hi Marius,

you first have to choose the table item, then go into the preview mode. Now you get the context menu with the right mouse button as know from Analysis. Now, please change the display of your needed dimensions. Go back to DesignMode and change the visualisation type.

I hope this will be moved directly into each visualisation type in the next release.

Hi - it could be an authorization issue in BW as well; I recommend asking your BW Security admin to do an STAUTHTRACE first and then look at the BI platform authorizations.
