Could not find suitable DVDs for product SRM required for the procedure

Dear Experts,

We're performing System Upgrade from SRM 7.0 NW 7.01 SP15 to SRM 7.0 EHP4 SP 07 with SAP NW 7.5 SPS 08 using SUM tool.

Currently, we're struck with error "Could not find suitable DVDs for product SRM required for the procedure". We provided the correct path for language DVD's in order to update the existing languages and also tried alternatives like exluding the already installled languages in the System by referring the OSS note: 2428168 and also referred the other notes like 2275989. But SUM always navigating to the same Screen "Could not find suitable DVDs for product SRM required for the procedure. List of suitable DVDs: EHP4 FOR SAP SRM 7.0 Language (2 DVDs)" . We're running out of our Project timeline. Your ideas are appreciated.
