Dump Error on execution of CAT2 transaction.

Dear Team:

Please could you suggest any solution. When some employees trying to use CAT2 transaction they are getting a DUMP error. ABAP Runtime Error.

Run time Errors: "MESSAGE_TYPE_X"

I tried to find the SAP Note but I got an old one. This is in ECC 6.0.
