Easy DMS offline problem

Hi,

I am using Easy DMS. The problem here is that I am not able to get any folders offline for editing.

Whenever I try to go offline it just provides me a offline folder but the folder which I want does not appear there.

Can anyone help ?

Hi,

set your registry-entry HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SAP\EasyDms\General\SyncMode (DWORD) to 1. Then you get a entry "Load Structure" on the right-mouse-button-menu, use this menu to load your files and folders locally before you switch offline.

refer to SAP note 948254.

Also the sync mode value 1 is not supported anymore so you need to set it to 2.
