How to upgrade SAP Lumira 1.31.1 to 1.31.8?

Respected Sir,

I have SAP Lumira version of 1.31.1

and tried to upgrade it from this link https://saplumira.com/try-it-free/ .

I have downloaded the setup named SAPLUMIRA6431P_8-20009491 and tried to run it but gave me an error like shown in the screenshot.

I know that when i clicked on upgrade to 1.31.8 on the website link it redirected me to a video of upgrading Lumira from 1X to 2X. But i want to download only 1.31.8 version because my old .lums files will only be supported in this version and not in LUMIRA 2.0.

I am using Windows 7 64-bit OS.There is not any kind of prompt message in this version of 1.31.1(Desktop Edition).

If I am checking for new updates from Lumira 1.31.1
Help > Check for Update then it will show me this message on the screen -->

One more Question : Will the license key for 1.31.1 version be used in Lumira Discovery 2.0?

Please help.

No, the license keys for Lumira Desktop and Discovery are different

What operating system are you using?

I can't seem to navigate the SAPLumira site. Could you try this from 1.31.1:

From the Menu go to Help > Check for Updates and see if it will prompt you to update for 1.31.8?

Or download from SAP Store: https://www.sapstore.com/solutions/99067/SAP-Lumira%2C-standard-edition

The license keys between Lumira Desktop and Discovery are different

Could you try the SAP Store link download for 1.31.8?

clicked on upgrade link also downloaded the setup but wont install as it was giving me error of windows version..

Tried to run with admin but gave the same error as above image..

There should be a "chat" option in the SAP Store; would you please try that and ask for their assistance, referencing this thread?

Hi - I don't know how to solve this; I've given you several options; now SAP needs to look at it. I don't work for SAP; I work for a SAP Customer.

I would use the chat option on SAP Store and they should be able to direct you.
