Hello Georg,

please add the IDM version you're using: 8.0 or 7.2?

.

Steffi.

Hi Georg,

If you are using idm 8.0 version greater than sp2 version, then i believe there wouldn't be uninstall option available in dispatcher utility

when we created an incident to SAP they stated that it is not available in SP4 version

Regards,

Deva

Hi Georg,

In general there are a few things to consider,

Do you have sufficient rights to the folder?

Can you access the JAVA folder?

Did you try reinstalling the runtime components.

I'm assuming that you're using version 8.0 and that you are doing this via the Dispatcher tool. If so, can you see the dispatcher files? You might need to take a peek and check the environment variables. If you're using 7.2, you'll need to move the dispatcher files from the runtime server to the Java server. There is a document that you can reference in either case (although the document was written for 7.1) which is helpful. There is also this blog that I wrote which talks about looking into the dispatcher files. Hope it helps!

Matt
