  • It seems you've already asked the same question and deleted it (but we can still see it): There was an answer provided, so what gives?

What exactly have you tried so far to troubleshoot this? Google -> F150 BTE 1060 -> finds 4 old posts. Have you checked any of them? Why do you believe these events must be triggered in your scenario? In the now deleted post you stated that sample FMs were not called. They won't be unless you activate the whole BTE setup. Maybe you're simply doing it wrong.

Kindly add more details. And all kinds of BTE issues have already been discussed on SCN. Use Google and I'm sure you'll find a solution.

    Hi Jelena,

The Last post was for while we run the F150 whole process there was no standard EVENT getting triggered and in this forum i have asked for BTE trigger from F150 when we do the parameter maintenance.

I believe i have done the things as required for the BTE i have copied the sample FM and created new FM and then assigned that FM in the FIBF->P/S Modules with the product and assigned the event number in the FM also. So still the BTE FM assigned is not getting triggered from F150 after scheduling it.

It doesn't make sense to use a BTE when you don't know if in this scenario it will get triggered. What does your functional consultant have to say about this?

I checked and there are about 24 events related to dunning. One of them should be of use to you in your specific scenario.

    Kind regards, Rob Dielemans
