HI,

If ur query is cration of new GL here are conf settings or pre requisites.

1. Create ur chart of accounts. -OB13

2. Assign Co code to Chart of accoutns-

3. Create accounts Groups - OBD4

4. Create GL accounts - FS00

But before this u should have all basic settings, then only this can be possible.
