How to assign exact
trasactions to MM ,SD,
ABAP guys so that they will not have access to other modules transactions?

Please get the list of transactions for MM and SD first. Create two seperate roles with desired authorization values and asssign it to the users. but I think this is too basic for you not to know.

ya thankyou ruchit I know this method . I just wanted to know someother way where
we can give all Tcodes
for that module so that
in future no conflicts arise.
