Issue in Uploading the Image in SAP smartforms

Hi Experts,

I have uploaded the image in se78 and the image was appearing in white color .

When i use it in sap smartforms as graphic, it appears as "GREYED" out.

Can i know, how to make it as WHITE color and not as GREY color.

I have attached the screen shot for reference .
