Hello Bodhisattwa Pal,

The model you do display does not seem to be SAP HANA Database Model.

Please refer to the official guide:

Creating a Graphical Calculation View

Please go through the entire content of the other sub pages as well.

If this question is answered from your perspective, then please click on the “Accept” link to complete this question.

Otherwise please provide more details on the present impediment.

Thank you and my Regards

Hello Milen

Thanks you for your support .But it would be really kind of you if you can clarify few more doubts .

I will go with 1 doubt at a time so it will be better for me to understand .

So what I understand from your answer is that do i need to connect the Web IDE to a HANA database . ?

If yes , is there any dummy HANA database (like dummy database model -North Wind ) to which i can connect and practice sap HANA modelling

Thanks and Regards

Bodhisattwa Pal

1. Calculating views might be implemented only if there is SAP HANA database.

2. As far as I know there is no sample SAP HANA database. There is Northwind database to which one might connect with the help of oData service, but this is entirely different matter.

You need to use SAP Web IDE Full-Stack and enable the relevant feature in the Preferences.
