Little help with WebIDE

I am trying to create a calculation view in SAP Web IDE . But In projects i dont see any options to create a calculation view or create a dummy table .

Could somebody help a bit to setup the whole thing .

The steps that i am following are :-

After going into Web IDE as shown in above pic .

I am not seeing an Create calculation view option as shown below

Am i doing anything wrong ?
