S/4HANA Monitor Production Orders (F0266)

Hi experts,

In the Fiori App "Monitor Production Orders" I see production orders and I can drill down to the "Manage Orders" view for more details on stock, milestones, etc. very nice.

However it seems that this App is limited to Make-to-Order production orders only. Is that right?

I use the "MRP Standard" Filter and I expected to see the same production orders as in MD04. But I don't see the production orders which are linked to my sales orders

Is there a possibility to view my production orders which are related to sales orders in the "Manage Orders" App? Is it a configuration/customizing thing?

looking forward to your answers,

Hi Georg

Ok well firstly congrats for remembering to include the Fiori App id!!

You want to look for the App Documentation link - usually on the Product Features tab of the App in the Fiori Apps Library'F0266')/S9OP

Often you'll find additional configuration information in the App Implementation link usually found in the App Documentation.

I don't know much about Production Orders but I'm guessing you might need to adjust the profile configuration.

If you still can't find what you need search for notes or raise a SAP incident using the app's Support component shown in the Fiori Apps Library and in the App Documentation, i.e. PP-FIO-MRP

Good luck!

Hi Jocelyn,

thanks for your advice. I will follow the hints you gave and ultimately raise an incident if I can't solve the issue.

However, let me describe the issue once more and you or someone else can reply to this.

The ODATA service call

is used by the Fiori App "Monitor Production Orders" as shown above. And when I run this url directly on a browser, I get the exact same production orders returned.

Since this are not all orders I created in the system I suspect same implicit filtering on the ManufacturingOrders entity set.

All production orders which are linked to a customer order created via MRP are not included in the ODATA call response. Running MD04 on the SAP GUI they are however all there...

Now once more my question, is it intentionally that the ManufacturingOrders entity set only returns a partial set of production orders (which would be a pitty) or is there any way to configure the output via customizing? If yes, where and how can I do that?

hope someone can give advice,

best regards,
