BO : webi Year Propmt value

Hi Expert,

I am facing issue in Year Prompt, Webi using Bex query ..In bex Year filter data is showing as 001.2011 to 007.2011 ..But in BO it is coming like 001.2011 and Jan 2011 ,Please suggest how to show one value as per user..either 001.2011 or jan 2011..

Please advise..

    Hi,

    Let me know if whether you are using universe or BICS connection for backend bex query.

    if it is universe then you can edit filter syntax ( change the LOV to Key values) in universe. so it will reflect key values in webi filter LOV's.

    else if it is BICS , Then get it corrected key property of that particular object in BW end.

    Can you post a screenshot? Probably you can see both key and text in the prompt. You can change the setting as below:

    I can see the value in bex query ,Designer and BO Prompt properly like ..

    Please advise which should I apply so that mign not confused and put value in range likecfor example 001.2011 to 002.2011

    what is your BO version? if it's BI 4.2 SP03 then check mentioned sap note.

    2395310 - BI 4.2 SP3 : After upgrading to BI 4.2 SP3, the date format for List of Values (LOV) has changed to MMM YYYY, e.g. JAN 2016
