pm02- pr with different document type

Dear experts, when i entered pm02 control key in maintenance order, system generating purchase requisition (pr) of document type zxxx, where as i want to have pr document type of zyyy. please advise where should i define in spro that for pm02 control key, i need the pr of certain document type? please advse.

Dear raju123,

I would like to say you that U can only assign the single document type as default (in your case either ZXXX or ZYYY) you have to decide which one you have to assign as default document type .

Please find the below path to assign the document type .

Plant maintenance and CS-->maintenance and service processing --->maintenance and service orders -->General data---> Define account asst Cat For apurchase requisitions ,here you can define the document type .

For different conditions if you want to trigger both the document type . then you have to use the user exit which peter Atkin has suggested .
