Error during logon - Please logon via message server!!!

Hi

I am login onto the Central Instance and I get the following message in a popup block

Error during login - Please logon via message server !!!

Which means I can't logon, however I can logon the other application server.

Whats the cause of this issue.

Please check the Hostname/IP address entry in your Logon pad

If the entry is correct then check whether you can ping the server.

SAP is running and the saplogon pad works fine

The problem is when I put my username and password and enter , and a popup screen appears with message

Please logon via the message server!!!

I never seen this message before. And when I click on the tick to continue it kick me out
