DSWP Settings unknown

Hello everybody!

I am trying to configure the Service Desk and in order to do so I tried to generate Key Users.

I tried to generate Business Partner automatically using the function in Solution_Manager but I always get an error.

According to the error text "DSWP Settings are unknown" and unfortunaltely there is no additional information available.

I would be very thankful for any suggestion to solve this problem.
