Could you please help by responding to the followings:

• How to connect and set up Client Machine (more precisely smart device such as Windows Surface Pro ) to the severer SAP CCO 2.0. we faced a great issue to connect this device with SAP CCO since we have followed steep by steep what have been indicated in the official installation Guide.
• how to make the syncho in real mode betwenn these 2 systems

• How to set up and customize direct sales mode in SAP CCO, and also the ability to update Master data (like items ) directly in SAP CCO ,

• What is the difference between SAP CCO server Voucher module vs File Based mode, the pros & cons of each Mode.

• Also if there is any advanced documentation available and outside of what have been provided in SAP PartnerEdge Portal, we appreciate this support.

• How to connect and set up Client Machine (more precisely smart device such as Windows Surface Pro ) to the severer SAP CCO 2.0. we faced a great issue to connect this device with SAP CCO since we have followed steep by steep what have been indicated in the official installation Guide. --> You have to install SAP Customer Checkout directly on the windows surfac tablet and make sure that a connection to the network is available where the backend (e.g. B1) is installed.
• how to make the syncho in real mode betwenn these 2 systems - to synchronize you can schedule a synch job in every SAP Customer Checkout

• How to set up and customize direct sales mode in SAP CCO, and also the ability to update Master data (like items ) directly in SAP CCO - Items can only be maintained int the backend system, there is no possibility in SAP Customer Checkout,

• What is the difference between SAP CCO server Voucher module vs File Based mode, the pros & cons of each Mode.- File based module is not recommended anymore, we recommend to use the Voucher management in SAP Customer Checkout manager
