Key figure population in UPDR or Planning Function

In the Planning layout

Lead column: customer Classification

Header: customer

Data column: No of customers

Shud look like

Cust class No. of Customers

C1 4

C2 5

C3 6

C4 7

Underlying infocube contains

char1

char2

char3

cust class

customers

in the dimensions

kyf1

kyf2

no.of customers

as the keyfigures.

Any ideas on how filling of the key fg "No. of customers" can be accomplished??

    HI,

    You can get it no of customer based on the update rule.

    In the update rule write a routine for the same which will return

    RESULT = 1 for all the customer.

    So the no of customer defalut will have 1 for all the customers in the cube.

    When you report on the particuler customer class say C1 then the total number of customer for the particular class will be added and displayed in the layout or query.
