Standard Work Manager 6.4 with LAM functionality

Dear Team,

We are working on Work Manager 6.4 standard application with LAM, SMP 3.0 SP12 PL06, SDK 15

We have activated LAM business function and BC sets. After this the LAM functionality is available in SAP Config Panel. We have followed the configuration guide and all the standard configuration is maintained in the system.

When testing, the issue is that the LAM data is not getting populated in the Agentry client. even the data is not getting populated in the Bapi Wrappers also.

Can anyone suggest what can possibly be missing in the configuration.

Any suggestions please guide.

Hi Neha,

Please verify the below :

In Configuration Panel->Client Globals->Equipment.LAM, FunctionalLocation.LAM,MeasuringDocument.LAM, Notif.LAM, Wo.LAM are activated.

LAM related Complex Tables, Data tables and MDO 's are activated in configuration panel.

In front end application, there is a global <<LAM.CategoryIdentifier>> with value set to L. verify if this need to be activated any where in configuration panel for client global or MDO filters.
