Hi SAP C4C Experts,
I am integrating Facebook and Twitter with SAP C4C.
Client requirement is to import messages from Facebook and Twitter and create customers, if the customer doesn’t exist in SAP C4C and create ticket manually if required.
Please some one can advise how to achieve.

If your system has been configured to support e-mail as a channel for individual customers, then each time an individual sends an e-mail which results in a new ticket, the system automatically creates an individual customer record based on the e-mail address of the individual.
