Enable Quick Create under Service Ticket in C4C Fiori Screen

Hi All,

Please help us enable/show the quick create service ticket option under Services > Tickets in C4C Fiori screen.

We can see the new button in HTML 5 but not in Fiori.

Please help

    Dear Samit,

    I check in our internal 1711 system and can see the New button also in RUI logon.Please refer the screenshot 'Fiori_NewTicketButton'

    If issue still persist for you in RUI, but available in HTML5 (for same User) then I will suggest to report incident to SAP .
