Hi All,

my user already having content administrator role. But i am not getting create option to create folders, iview..etc. Only i am getting open-->object and copy options.

Please tell me the solution to resolve this because i have to create iviews and folders.

Hi,

i once had an issue like this and the source of the error was my browser.

I am working with IE6 and its working fine.

I think IE7 and Firefox made some problems.

Maybe you should try this out.

• Please check the portal permissions for the user and

apply the appropriate permission for the user.

Hi,

This user is only having read permissions to the portal content folder. Go to System Administration -> Permissions -> Portal Permissions -> Right click Portal content and open permissions. Check if the user is having read/write permission. If not, provide it.
