Incorrect SLA times in IC web when changing Severity or Contract of a CSR.

Hello All,

We have a problem in IC Web where while changing the severity and the contract .

What happens is the time gets stored against the duration fields and not against the Time fields which can also be seen in CRMD_ORDER transaction.

Please let me know if anyone else has faced the same problem and if anyone knows the reason for this happening.
