    Dear Ravi,

Make a small search in sdn you can get many related messages like:

    gap-analysis

I will suggest you to visit http://sap-img.com/sap-sd.htm. It will give you the overview of SAP SD module.

Moreover there is a separate section of FAQs with answers which will help you in great deal.

Do let me know in case of any queries.

    Hope this helps you.

    Regards,

    hi

We always study AS IS process of client to understand their requirements and then perfom the TO BE study.

AS IS - what is actually present ( sales order created manually )

TO BE - After SAP implementation , the SAles oRder will be created by SAP

    GAP - Nil

if there is any business process , which we are unable to configure with standard SAP , then we call it as GAP

What ever action we do to take or resolve that Gap is called as GAP analysis.

    Regards

    KRSNA
