Hi all,
I download master data from SAP,maintaince ib52 item with sold-to party also the calling hour,and generate user & bp with customer number.
When I use the end user create an incident beyond bussiness time ,the message status is 'send to support' ,I can manual send it to sap with no error.
I check some blogs,I only found in SPPFP ZMIV_VAR_SEND_SAP_AUTO is yellow 'not processed',is this is the problem?
Please give me some advice.Thanks.
