JCO Problem

Hi Friends,

I couldnt able to create JCO destination at portal.

when i open portal

<a href="http://[host]:[port]/webdynpro/welcome/Welcome.jsp">http://[host]:[port]/webdynpro/welcome/Welcome.jsp</a> its opening portal.

but all the buttons "create jco destination","Maintain JCO destination" are in disable mode.

how to make enable, what all r the roles need to be assigned....

    Hi,

    You may have to configure SLD before creating Jco destinations. That is why they are disabled. To configure SLD, check this blog.

    Also from Visual Admin, do these steps.

    1. Open Visual Admin->Server0->Service->SLD Data Supplier

    2. In the CIM Client generation settings tab have you maintained the following:

    a. Host

    b. Port

    c. User

    d. Password

    3. Check the checkboxes for .lcr. and .webdynpro.

    (applications with containing lcr and webdynpro )

    4. Save and then click Test to check the settings.
