Error in Lead Confirmation from C4C to Hybris Marketing Cloud

Dear Expertss,

I am facing an error message when the Lead Confirmation is going back from C4C to Hybris Marketing Cloud through SAP Cloud Platform Integration. The Lead is coming from Hybris Marketing Cloud and the message is green.

In C4C I have following error message:

Diagnosis

The target system encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it
from fulfilling the Web Service call.

Procedure

Check the error context to see whether the target system has sent more
details about this problem situation.

In general, you have to look at the error or log protocol of the target
system or contact the Web Service administrators of the target system to
clarify whether this is a problem within the Web Service provider or it
is caused by some invalid data sent by the Web Service consumer.

In CPI I have following error message:

As I have mentioned the message from Ymkt-CPI-C4C working fine but when confirmation is going back it is triggering error. I have checked with Certificate and Basic settings in Receiver of IFlow but the result is same.

**the Odata service CUAN_*DOCUMENT* is added in a communication arrangement in Ymkt, and working from POSTMAN tool.

Could you please guide where it is going wrong?
