closing a Browser window consisting of an mss webdynpro iview

I have a browsser window with an webdynpro mss iview displaying some details, this iview should have a LinkToAction UI Element called close, when clicking on this the current window should close. Exit plugs or any plugs cannot be used as it is an Floor Plan Manager based webdynpro

    Hi Davood,

    Create a normal Par based iView, which shows a link.

    Using Java script close the window on click of the link.

    Add this iView to the page on which you have the WebDynpro iView.

    Alternatively if you want the Link in the WebDynpro Iview itself. Create a faceless par based iView, whose sole purpose is to recieve the event and close the window.Do the portal eventing to pass the event from webdynpro to your par based iView.
