Cannot see inactive users in trips employee list

Hello SAP Experts,

I'm trying to find out, how can I add inactive users to employee list in travel management portal in order the travel assistants could manage trips for already inactive users. When I add personal number of inactive user to travel assistant using transaction FPB_MAINTAIN_PERS_S, they don't appear there. For active users it is working. Also it is not possible to list the trips in transactions TRIP and PR05.

I've already tried to implement BAdI TRIP_INACTIVE_EMPLOYEE. I've implemented it only with example code from SAP Note 2077664, but it is not working. I'm aware of Enhancement Spot TRIP_AUTHORISATION_DATE , but also in this case I don't know, what exactly should be checked/changed in the code implementation. Am I following the right path?

Hi,

Have you maintainted parameter POWL_ALL_EMP in view TA20SWITCH with the value X? This parameter has been delivered with SAP note 1925990. If this is maintained, inactive employees will also be shown.
