Interfacing C4C - yMKT - Account Team

Dear,

is it possible to interface the account team data from C4C to Hybris Marketing Cloud?

I have been account-team.jpgchecking in the communication arrangement Replicate Business Partner and in the payload in C4C when triggering a message to yMKT. It seems the needed business partner role (BUP003 - employee or other relevant one?) is not included in the payload.

While searching the blog i do find examples for CRM on premise solutions but not for a C4C to yMKT Cloud link.

Thank you for your suggestions,

Kind regards,

Steve

Hi All,

We have used the standard communication arrangement for Account team replication from C4C. HCI would required to Clone the iflow of Business partner relationship and replaced the receiver Odata to the Corporate account call to map the account team.

Thanks

hi,

there is no integration package for that, but you can map it in HCI, i hope sap will come up with it.

but for now, you can import the account team by import data app.

Hi Steve

We are facing the same challenge. Were you able to find a solution? It seems the issue is that the account team roles in C4C are not treated as relationships, hence there is no Relationship message triggered on save. We need to map party role code 142 to a custom team member role in Hybris Marketing to show the account owner. So, I need to know 1) how to trigger the relationship message and 2) where to define the mapping of C4C party role code to Hybris Marketing team member role.

Any insight you can provide would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

Lisa
