Unable to find delivery event in SPAU

I am getting the information pop-up 'Unable to find delivery event' while reseting an object to original in SPAU.

Why it is coming?What it signifies?

I obtain the same message in SPAU after Compute adjustment mode > Execute.

(Main object type "CINS", main object name "0002829293", message "Unable to find delivery event 389 9999999998 01U_731")

By pressing the Information button, I get this message:

Message no. SCWN420

Diagnosis

Delivery event 389 9999999998 01U_731 is not in your system. The release data is therefore incomplete.

System Response

The action is canceled.

Procedure

Call transaction SNOTE and download the note again. To do this, chooseGoto -->Download SAP Note (Ctrl+F8) or download the note into your system from Service Marketplace. This updates the release data in your system.

Solution:

Do the procedure as explained in note 2481931 SNOTE / SPAM / SUM / SPAU: Unable to find delivery event. In version 13 of the note they say to ultimately run function module SCWB_DOWNLOAD_ALL_EVENTS if no other solution works. It reloads all the notes in database, and especially removes invalid data. It took 6 minutes in my case.

After that, I went to SPAU, I did again Compute adjustment mode > Execute, it went fine, and could continue.

I solved it. In SNOTE "Goto->Download delivery Event". After I had have this, I could worK in SPAU.
