Impact of time of day shifts when migrating virtual machines on the PCA

Hello Team,

Could you please let me know what would be the the impact of time of days shifts when migrating virtual machines on the PCA. What would be the impact and potential workarounds.

Example :

what happens to "Sap" if the time of day skips backwards in one hit, eg say the actual time is 16:00 . the time on the sap vm is 16:10 . what impact might there be if the time steps backwards in one hit ie on the vm time goes 16:10...16:00....then it carries on

Ess/mss and adfs. the former (production) had time of day in advance of actual time of day and this impacted adfs. specifically it was sapecc where the time of day was in advance, so what impact would there be if we then made it step back in time, instantaneously?
