EPM 10.1 NW Work Status not working

Hi,

I have some issue when I tried to lock/unlock by work staus process.

When I tried to lock Entity Hierarchy and Time Hierarchy the process works fine but when I tried to lock Entity Hierarchy and a specific month show me the error message "You are not authorized to change the work status for this region of data".

Anybody knows if I have the option to Lock/Unlock a specific month to the first level of Entity hierarchy?

Based on the screenshot (cannot change on TIME base-member, but you can on a parent node (Quarter, Total), I think there may be some corruption in a table:

By the way, it was clear from 1.jpg that the work status table is corrupted: Unlocked (reserved name) is always Order 1 - represents empty work status. Unfortunately you decided to support incorrect user behavior.

Sorry, but you have to provide all details of your work status setup with screenshots! It's not possible to answer questions like this...
