Confirmation cancellation with goods movement

Dear Gurus,

In my routing i have only one operation which has backflush and auto GR in it. So when I confirm the same using CO11N I get two material movements (101 and 261).

Now when I want to cancel this confirmation for some reason, the system dont allow me because of 102 and 262 movement type config in OMJJ. It says, Entry in the reason for movement is needed when doing this movement.

Eventually it wont allow me to enter any reason in the CO13 screen. and the transaction fails to reverse the goods. The client dont want to change the setting in OMJJ.

How I can make this 102 and 262 movements possible in CO13 without changing the OMJJ setting?

Thanks in advance,

Sumeet

    Hi,

Did you try with MBST transaction for reversing goods movement & then CO13 for cancelling confirmation.

      Dear Senthil,

With MBST transaction it give the error saying material document can not be processed.

"This material document was generated through the posting of a physical inventory document, a delivery via Shipping, or some other automatic movement (such as an order confirmation in PP or a usage decision in QM) and cannot be processed with this function."
