Reports to SSM - Service Desk

I would like to know if there is a way to obtain statistical reports of the Service Desk support messages.

I think that BW is needed. There is a standard BW package to obtain the data?

There is a program in the Solution Manager that allows you to slice-and-dice your Service Desk Messages - RDSWP_REP_SERV_DESK.

I don't believe that there are existing BI Cubes that can be implemented for the Service Desk but doesn't mean that you can't build your own!!
