Material File Upload - Error

Hello,

I have created a custom Mass Change request for processing multiple materials.ZMAT0A

I created an empty change request . Saved the CR.(not submit)

While trying to execute the File Upload,I am getting an error - The error is 'No Change Request is assigned to you'. When i open that CR it says - you are not the current processor. The CR's workflow log is empty(i assume workflow was not yet started).This is the first step of my single value and user agent decision table

Also, there is an existing rule in the system that once the CR is submitted - the person who submits CR cannot perform any change to that, even approve. although the user has both requestor and approver roles.

So once the CR is submitted, it will no longer in that users(who created) queue to make use of it during file upload.

Please let me know if I am missing something.
