Licensing Issue

Hi All,

I have download the License key request from Service.sap site.

and copied the License Key file using the SAP B1 Server Suite Manager --> "License Manager 2005", selected settings button, and click on three dots and selected the text file and imported the License Key received from SAP.

After updating the License Key request and Run SAP B1, it gives a message as "This form is not included in the software package you have purchases". With which i am unable to access the Add on Administration.

Please help me out to resolve this issue.

Hi Shanker,

Login with a superuser and go to:

Administration -> Licence -> Licence Administration

In this window assign the licenses to the users that should have a license.

Until this is done you will keep on getting the error message you are receiving.
