My Question is

2) If we can integrate, Do we need SAP CRM Middleware

3) From where and how can i download the MIddleware Software.

Hi Devender,

1) you can integrate the two systems.

but the master data for CRM IDES and R/3 IDES might not corresponds to each other.

for example, if a material in R/3 might not exist in CRM, and vice versa, but that should not be a problem, as you can use CRM middleware to synchronize those needed data;

2) yes, you need CRM middleware

3) CRM middleware is not a seperate tool, as long as you installed CRM, it is there,

you might need to do a lot of customizing to have it running properly, that's it.

You might need to check several notes, you may use key words:

scenario A (sales order interchange between CRM and R/3)

transaction mw_check, smoeac, sm59, r3ac1, r3ac3, r3ac5 .....

table crmrfcpar, smof*.....

to search for notes and check all the necessary steps you needed.

Hi Devender,

Download the best practice document "C71: CRM Connectivity" from SAP help : http://help.sap.com/bp_crmv340/CRM_DE/index.htm (Path : Techincal Information > Building Block Library)

Follow the document instructions step by step and you are done.
