103 and 105 movement type

hi all

I have done 103 movement type with 100 quantity...

but i want to do GR 105 movement type with 110 Quantity....

System is giving Error M7022 which is maintained as a warning only.........

Hi

103 Goods receipt for purchase order into GR blocked stock

105 Release GR blocked stock for warehouse

Check stock availability in GR block stock if same is 110 then only u can pass trnx. with 110 qty and 105 movement .if stock is less than 110 system will give stock deflict error which is currently ur getting

Check first GR block stock for that material and try to remove only that much stock

Scenario is

PO is of 100 qty...

first step is 103 movement type only for entry as this step is working as gate entry in my case....

But when i am doin Gr with reference to this 103 document type as actual quantity can be more than 100 quantity....

but system is not allowing me to enter quantity more than to 100 quantity....

as i have to create Shortage excess report based on this data

Receiving extra quantities will not be possible as system expects only the quantity that is blocked to be received. If you receive more it doesn't comply with the process of blocking it, which you may be doing it for some physical inspection or something else.
