Sending report output through the FAX

Hi Experts,

Could anybody tell me how can I send a report output through a FAX.

In output determination,

for this copy the output type you use for printout and create a new one -

ensure that the print program and forms are also copied

for the output type define it for transmission medium code = 2 = FAX

in the customer master, address screen you will note a field for fax numebrs

enter the fax number

use reportt RSCONN* (multiple reports are available) for setting up the communication startegy

(Basis will call this using T code SCOT)

lastly, you will need an interface like TOPCALL - a 3rd party software which will inter act with R3 for sending the fax when the output type is used in the sales order / billing etc...

a bit complicated to do - Basis - ABAP and functional consultants along with IT guys for 3rd party software like TOPCALL need to be involved.

Hi,

I think we cannot do that, rather we can print it and can send the hardcopy through fax...

One more thing is.. You can check with your technical guys...
