Hi, one material stock available in my store, but i create new po ref same material that time required notification message is already available stock if possible in sap

If you want that desperately then you have use a BAdI to make it happen.

But first you should really look at the usual flow and what available means.

The buyer is basically not a person who can make a decision whether the material is needed or not, this is the task of the planner or requisitioner. The task of the buyer is to find the right vendor and get good prices.

Stock in the warehouse does not necessarily mean that it is available, it may be reserved for an order and might be goods issued until the new material arrives.

The buyer can anyway directly look into the stock from the environment menu

Try the BADI's ME_PURCHDOC_POSTED or ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST. You can raise a message before saving.
