Asset History Query SQVI

Hi,

the resident asset history report is not usable to me. I want to write a QuickView query with TCode SQVI but am unsure which tables I need to join together to get the following info --

Asset Number, Aquisition Date, Acquisition Value, Periodic Depreciation *not cumulative but broken down by month* and retirement date.

Are tables ANLP and ANLC relevant to get this information? Do I need additional tables? The query should let me search by asset number *I have a list in txt file with about 200 fixed assets I need to analyze*

Thank you

Hi Regina,

You need following tables for the sap query

  • ANLP - periodic depreciation value by month
  • ANEP - acquisition value and date
  • ANLA - acquisition date, retirement date or deactivation date

Thanks

Hi Regina - maybe you can explain how the asset history sheet is unusable? There are sort versions, etc. that could help/be easier than recreating with SQVI
