Hi All , how to activate Data origin list window check boxes in Equipment Master ? screen shot attached for ref.

plz see this setting in IE02--> Organization tab( select any field like Company Code & then)--> Edit--> Data Origin List

how to activate check boxes in this Data Origin List Window, because i want to make my own settings here in this window
