missing of line items data in Tables

Dear ALL,

While uploading initial inventory data from legacy to SAP by transaction MB1C, some line items were not updated in G/L total table:FAGLFLEXT and G/L line item table:FAGLFLEXA .

Now we want to rectify by inserting the missed data in to the above said tables with the help of abaper .

What we are doing is right ?,if not plz help us as how to come out from this problem.

We doubt,if we insert the data in the tables,it may lead to inconsistency in the data of other tables also.Please clarify.

The two times that we had to insert information into tables, we have gone to OSS for help. They have people who know all the tables and relations invovlved.
