Hi,
I am a SD Student learning on IDES system, as a result of running a number of Sales orders i have no inventory for some of the materials i normally use.
How can i increase the stock of the material, so that my SD functions are not interrupted by lack of stock..
Thanks in advance
Kevin
Hello,
You may enter stock using transaction MB1C with movement type 561. This is like initial entry of stock.
Thanks,
Venu

Hi,
If you want to increase your stock due to technical reasons (e.g. you are carrying out test in your test system) you can do it several ways. Some of them were discussed above but you can also increase you stock with MB1A + 202, MB1A + 262 + PrdOrd reference, MB1A + 552, MB1B + 309 (if you want materialA to be materialB) etc.
(Please be careful with these kinds of bookings in your normal system...:) )

Hello,
You can use MB1C and MIGO for this purpose.
It will be easier to use MB1C, select the movement type as 501 / 521 or 561, enter your plant and sorage location and give the quantity.
