After C4C and FB Integraton, will Social Sentiment analysis of Facebook work for comments posted in Arabic or other languages too?

Yes, I already reported incident for this to SAP. The reply from SAP was - the Sentiment Analysis will work for Arabic language too.
But my issue still persists. The Sentiment analysis did not work when I posted a comment in arabic.
If you can share info on this, it will be of great help.
