    Hello Tsungy Tadinos,

-> If you are the SAP customer, I recommend you to create the OSS ticket.

=> we could logon to the system via OSS and take a look closer on this issue.

-> Please provide more information to get clear on the reported issue.

    • Please update with output of the following commands, run them on the

    MAXDB database server:

    dbmcli inst_enum

    dbmcli db_enum

    xinstinfo <SID-MAXDB>

    sdbregview -l

    • What is the SAP basis version/SP do you have on your system?

    < Is SAP Basis component >= SAPKB70015 ??

Review, for example, note 1106949. >

    • Please review the SAP notes::

990602 FAQ: CCMS for MaxDB/SAP liveCache technology

1028751 MaxDB/liveCache: New functions in the DBA Cockpit

    • Please run the connection test in /ndb59 transaction. Did you see any errors in the log?

Thank you and best regards, Natalia Khlopina

    • Hello Tsungy Tadinos,

-> You got errors to run 'xinstinfo BT1-MAXDB', because you need to run

      'xinstinfo BT1' , in your case <SID-MAXDB> = BT1.

-> You have SAP Basis component SAPKB70011

< Review, for example, SAP note 1106949. >

-> Are you SAP customer? Did you already open the OSS ticket, where this issue was repoirted?

Thank you and best regards, Natalia Khlopina
