SAP BPC script logic

Hi I'm trying to load this scenario in SAP BPC through script logic.

I need to the value in those are in A4 A5 dimension copied to every row except for TIME 2017.02 ..

yellow is my original record.

And I need data copied like red ones except for TIME 2017.02

please help.
