catalogue and basket Not taking the price

Hi ,

we are using R/3 Iinternet sales , and have a problem with price in the Catalog.

when we use the IPC for pricing in the webcatalog., when viewing the catalog and basket no prices are shown. once you select the products and create a order it reads correct price .

it's just catalogue and basket that don’t seem to take the price .we use the common Distrubution channel. its not taking the common didtribution channel in to account.

Hi

The prices in catalog and basket are different from the order price. you can use IPC or List price for catalog and basket.I do not konw which one your choice.when you create order, the price is read from R/3 via RFC.

Thanks for your Replay .

when we are using the list price it display the price in the catalog.when we are using the IPC the price is not shown.just showing 0GB on the webshop. what i find is when i saw the pricing analysis the price condition ZR00(our pricing cond) is inactive.any idea how to activate this in IPC.

You can try to check your catalog configuration,variant, price procedure,sales organization.
